Bio

Welcome to Beloved Moon Artisans, the web site where our craft projects come to find a better home. Take a look and see if there is something beautiful that belongs in your home, around your neck, or on your body. Come in and be welcome!

The Artisans:

Hilary C. Hale is a counselor by profession and a crafter for her own sanity and well being. She now resides in Ambler PA where she is caretaker to two cats and an ever expanding pile of crafted items that she will never use and therefore must sell. She has tried or would like to try every kind of fiber craft at least once and loves to make jewelry and 'bedazzle' found items into interesting household decor. Ms. Hale has always been interested in the medieval era and is a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism as well as a student of all things Norse. She is an avid horse lover and equestrienne now on a forced sabbatical while she works and goes to school as well as being a self proclaimed geek, witch and eclectic heathen.

Jessica L. Prowant graduated in 2003 with a BA in Art from The Pennsylvania State University in University Park, Pennsylvania. She now resides in Ambler, PA and fills her spare time with knitting, inkle weaving and other crafty pursuits. She is an inactive member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, a sometimes-musician, a pagan and caretaker to two cats. She enjoys learning new techniques as well as practicing old ones and has been up to her elbows in many different media in her time. She misses metal working but is unable to carry an anvil up three stories to her apartment. Ditto on the kiln for ceramic work. Jessica especially enjoys playing with colors and patterns as well as playing dress-up with the contents of her garb closet. She considers herself an esoteric neo-hippy heathen artist who currently passes as a corporate lemming.
